Munira is a hobbit. She lives in a bubble and shares it with her husband (Huz a.k.a Hozi) her daughter (Amu) and a black Persian cat (Fuzzy). These make periodic appearances in her blog.
Munira likes to read, play Scrabble, do gardening, take pictures, sketch, paint, cook, clean, stitch, and has also been seen spending quite a lot of time just sitting around brooding about stuff. Lately she has taken to writing about stuff that she broods about.
Hopefully, through this here blog, she’ll be able to share glimpses of life in her corner of the sprawling city that is Karachi, and at times perhaps some other corners of her country that is Pakistan.
Very interesting posts Munira. And I loved your tagline “have fingers, will type”.

Quite an artistic hobbit, she is 😛 It’s rather…unusual to find so much peace in the life of a blogger from Karachi. Or perhaps you look at life through a lens of innate goodness and hence the blog 🙂

Munira the hobbit-what kind are you? A Took, Baggins or Brandybuck? Since I’m a hopeless LOTR fan and everything middle-earth: I had to stop & say hi! I am reminded of a Tolkeinism: ‘not all who wander are lost’. Great work! Thanks,
Asad

Most tickled am I….. *grins ear to ear*…..and as far as hobbits are concerned, I think I’m a pretty good combination of all three clans….they were all related anyway 🙂
‘Not all who wander are lost’, eh? This should be my tagline!!

The things you love make for a happy life. You seem to be concentrating on the positive things, I love your photos. They’re beautiful!
Maybe you can blog one day about SCRABBLE. Is there anything you’d like to tell your readers about this game?

Awww, thanks Aunty Uta! Funny you should say that, because I think I’m a negative person mostly
And what can I say about Scrabble….it’s such an addictive game, and so much fun, especially when you come across interesting people as opponents. I have made so many virtual ‘friends’ through it, apart from the fact that I staved off so many hours of boredom!
